Tasting from 21.03.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby colour. Concise notes of berries, raspberries, but also elderberries, plums, cherry notes, nuances of dark spices, hints of herbs. Appears clear and balanced. Medium-bodied on the palate, clearly sweet, again dark berries, some liquorice and pepper. Tense acidity, somewhat persistent tannins. Appropriate length.
