A tangy Sauvignon Blanc with a refreshing style. Subtle aromas of nettle, freshly cut grass, gooseberry, whitecurrant and a hint of fleur de sel on the nose. Lively on the palate with pithy acidity, lime zest and salty freshness. A fine grip on the finish adds tension. Solidly vinified, uncomplicated - an invigorating Sauvignon for every day.
