Red gooseberry, dried orange peel, an appetisingly clear, finely nuanced aroma. On the palate, the wine has a mineral character, is medium-bodied in alcohol but quite rich in extract, full-bodied and unpretentious, with stable, long-lasting acidity and a supple, medium-long finish.
