The red wine Spineda Montello Colli Asolani DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Loredan Gasparini has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep, dark ruby red with a drop of purple. Lots of fine oak on the nose, hints of cranberry confit, with slightly earthy tones and a hint of smoke. Opens up on the palate with good juiciness and a compact body, fine savoury aromas, then a lot of dry tannins on the finish, remains somewhat broad-meshed.
