Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, intense ruby violet colour. Initially a slight reduction on the nose, slightly reminiscent of dark chocolate, malt, fine oak, dark cherry after a little time. On the palate dark, ripe fruit, but with vegetal tannins that remain brittle and sticky.
