Tasting from 09.07.2021: Benjamin Herzog

Pale coloured red wine with red berries, fine spices, subtle blood orange. Extremely fresh and austere on the palate, without being tiring. Shows a wonderful juiciness and only a subtle astringency in the delicate finish. A fun wine with depth.
