From this vin naturel producer, the bottling was tasted with a slight addition of sulphur. Intensely "Morgon-esque", wild cherry, very pure, a hint of bitter chocolate, Black Forest Gâteau. Juicy elegance on the palate, mild acidity and fine fruit, smooth and silky flowing, very precise in all components, mineral, pure delicacy!
