Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Slightly restrained on the nose, plays a little with reduction, followed by notes of apple and lemon zest. Dry on the palate, a little rich, yet fresh. Medium-bodied, with grapefruit zest and hints of stone fruit on the finish.
