Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.03.2016: Peter Moser

Deep ruby, purple reflections with broad rim brightness. Fine herbal savouriness, blackberry, sweet pipe tobacco with a touch of peppermint in the background. Complex on the palate with nougat, fresh acidity and structure. The salty, mineral notes seem leaner on the finish with notes of chocolate. Definite further ageing potential.
