A touch of iron oxide and beetroot dances amidst the red cherry fruit of the nose, alongside a hint of cinnamon. The palate is light, translucent and cherry-scented and also comes with a mouth-watering edge of slightly bitter smokiness amidst the lasting and fresh cherry finish.
