Light red-orange in colour. Apple skin, yeast and fresh red berries on the nose. In the mouth, the wine has a comparatively subtle acidity, fine mousse and just enough sweetness to emphasize the fruit. A quite nuanced, yet full-bodied Champagne with good length.
