Brilliant, shimmering greenish gold. Complex bouquet of peach, green melon, Bach flowers and a touch of tangerine, delicately smoky. Harmonious, balanced acidity with the finest, slightly foamy bubbles, saline tones on the palate. Creamy, savoury with a pleasant fruit expression in the finish. Versatile in use.
