The aroma starts off ripe, with a bit of petrol, smelling almost like a Clare Valley Riesling. The palate is decidedly mild with a delicate sweetness, ripe acidity, and a subtle fruit give the wine an off-dry impression. On the finish, there is a hint of petrol along with slightly mineral notes.
