Blackberry jam and cassis as well as currant leaves on the nose, emphatically juicy on the palate, slender fruit, supported by a hint of sweetness, noticeably cool climate, with slightly grainy, passably ripe tannins, juicy fruit with a hint of sinewiness dominates the mid-palate as well, a sophisticated drinking wine.
