Rich, deep dark ruby violet. Intense nose, showing notes of elderberries, lilac and dark cherry, inviting, underpinned by fine spicy notes. Compact on the palate, shows lots of dark berry fruit, opens with grippy, dense tannins, salty-earthy notes, firm pressure on the finish.
