Bright straw yellow with sparkling reflections. Delicately fragrant on the nose, with a hint of citrus fruit, crunchy pomaceous fruit and white flowers. Light phenolics and good pressure on the palate with a delicately bitter undertone, also slightly salty, delicately vibrant and full of character.
