Tasting Notes
Bright light gold. On the nose, clear notes of spontaneous fermentation, yeast, slightly fermented apple, overripe cherry, then rose petal again. The palate reflects the nose, appears berry-fruited, medium length on the palate, delicately bitter, something for connoisseurs.
