The red wine Santinumi Terra dei Vestini Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Marchesi de' Cordano has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
This has a rich garnet red colour. On the spicy nose there are aromas of cinnamon, and fruit tea, rose hip, forest fruit, then leather, as well as tobacco notes. It is densely spun on the palate, with a rich drive, iron undertone, and it is powerful, and expands well, although a little draining on the finish.
