The red wine Mazzaferrata Colli Toscana Centrale IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Marchesi Gondi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Lots of fine oak, coconut, milk chocolate, some chalk on the nose, mint and dark berryish fruit in the echo. Slightly spicy aromas on the palate, juicy, clear, currently still shows some wood overhang, still needs to age.
