Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with brilliant core. Flinty nose, sea salt, wood touch, plus earthy tones, then again iodine and cranberries, black cherries on the aftertaste. Opens on the grippy palate and with polished, sweet fruit, showing notes of red curry, very grippy tannin accompanies the palate, slightly drying on the finish.
