Tasting from 15.07.2014: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Apple quince, kumquat and fresh lime scent. Mineral type with delicate yeasty spice. Clear and cool in appearance. Distinctive palate with crisp, fresh Sauvignon fruit that meets Mediterranean Roussanne spice. Enormously animating. A great, refreshing wine. Independent and therefore delicious.
