Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fully fruity on the nose, apricot and mirabelle plum, subtle floral undertones. A supple and sustained attack on the palate, then quite present phenolics, dense, cultivated acidity that lasts for a long time, with a creamy finish. A fairly complete varietal representation, full-bodied and versatile food wine.
