The red wine Marina Cvetic Merlot Terre Auquilane IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Masciarelli has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
Elegant, shining, dark garnet with a spark of ruby. Spicy nose, white pepper, rich cassis and blackberry, and reverberating with tobacco and liquorice. It opens smooth and polished on the palate, spreads nicely over the tongue with a delicate texture, and has a rich drive on the finish.
