Salmon coloured with a delicate and long-lasting mousse. Nuances of blood orange and citrus fruit on the nose, with a touch of bread crust and brioche in the aftertaste. Well-balanced on the palate, with good tension and very fine mousse, delicate and fresh, mineral finish.
