The spumante Bric Prima Bella Asti DOCG Brut from the winery Matteo Soria has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Moscato from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intensely bright lemon yellow. Initially very savoury on the nose, slightly tart of sage and walnut, then ripe red peach and quince. On the palate, a slight hint of yeast and cider pear, fine mousse, juicy finish, slightly bitter.
