Tasting from 28.04.2017: Martin Kilchmann, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Pale golden yellow; quite intense, mature bouquet, hints of wisteria, forest honey, subtly resinous, some hazelnut; soft attack on the palate, present acidity, fresh, slightly salty tartness, ripe orange, spicy note, rosemary; medium length with a subtle bitter note. Well-structured, elegant wine, persistent.
