Pale, very delicately cloudy yellow-green, silver reflections, fine, intense mousse. Floral nuances, a hint of blood orange and grapefruit, background of white tropical fruit, multi-faceted bouquet. Medium complexity, fruity-sweet core, well-integrated acidic structure, mineral, delicately lemony pear nuances on the finish, a balanced food companion.
