Sparkling dusky pink with persistent mousse. Playful, delicate red fruit notes on the nose, reminiscent of raspberries, strawberries and cherries, followed by a hint of fresh brioche. Redcurrant on the palate, refreshing and animating, vibrant acidity, subtly salty finish.
