Tasting from 31.08.2006

Medium yellow-green. Clean, ripe apple fruit on the nose, delicate blossom honey, inviting bouquet. Elegant on the palate, delicate caramel touch, balanced, the Stollwerck touch runs through, uncomplicated food companion, good minerality in the finish.
