Tasting from 01.01.2016: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate spiciness, fine yellow tropical fruit, very well integrated wood touch, a hint of citrus zest, and a mineral touch. Complex, substantial, taut and harmonious, salty and very persistent, subtle blossom honey on the finish, multifaceted and very lively despite the muscularity. Certain ageing potential.
