Tasting from 02.12.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby with a wide garnet rim. Initially shows marked earthy notes on the nose of black truffle and liquorice, then dark cherries and some cloves. Substantial and dense on the palate, it opens with lots of dark fruit, grippy tannins, unfortunately dries up considerably on the finish.
