Tasting from 01.01.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Slightly vegetal nose of red bell peppers, gooseberry and redcurrant. Perceptibly sweet on the palate with red-berry fruit. Still somewhat unbalanced, somewhat barren and drying on the finish.
