The red wine Costières de Nîmes AOC Lou Coucardié Rouge, vintage 2013 from the winery Michel Gassier - Château de Nages has been rated in 2017 by Axel Biesler, Ursula Haslauer, Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah from the region Côtes du Rhône in France.
A host of Mediterranean fireworks explode on the nose with Piment d'Espelette, garigue herbs, dates and plums, but not overwhelming or too loud! Intense flavours with creamy tannins and powerful juicy fruit which seem to last forever.
