Clear, pale straw yellow, with a somewhat restrained mousse. Fine ripe fruit notes open the nose, with apricot, honeydew melon and some cinnamon. Round and smooth in the attack and finish, with a core of crisp apple and a slight hint of sweet almond in the finish.
