Tasting Notes
The nose is a pure expression of fresh cep mushroom. All the freshness and earthy depth are present, all the leafiness of an autumnal, deciduous forest, but also the self-evident purity of freshly turned earth. The palate, however, is of exquisite, utter, beautiful freshness, of citric vibrancy, of unbelievable verve. How is this even possible? The body is slender, mousse sparkles gently. That pure note of cep returns on the pure, long, salty, expressive finish. A monument. Words cannot do justice.
