Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby purple. The nose is very peppery, fleshy and reminiscent of tomato paste with some blackberry fruit, cassis, a hint of bell pepper and pungent sealing wax. The palate is austere and vegetal, seems immature and remains drying.
