Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red. The nose is characterised by the use of wood, predominantly wood chips. Tired on the palate and overpowered by the use of oak. Does not manage to express itself. Draining on the finish.
