Very light, extremely delicate pink colour with persistent mousse. Appealing yeasty notes, a fine touch of bread crust, cinchona, Parmesan and a touch of cinnamon. Extremely fresh on the palate with a taut traction and concentrated acidity, seems well-balanced, fine overall harmony and elegance.
