Tasting from 12.06.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, intense apricot color, sparkling, with fine bubbles. On the nose, initially quite reductive, reminiscent of smoked bacon, then strong notes of toasted rosemary and orange, with hints of iodine. On the palate, it features superbly integrated bubbles, plenty of juiciness and character, with these qualities returning in the finish; best uncorked an hour before serving.
