Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby. Finely drawn nose, opens with subtle spicy notes, then cherry and white pepper. Compact on the attack and on the palate, showing fine raspberry fruit, some licorice, robust, gripping tannins, lots of fruit on the finish.
More about the tastingDeep ruby garnet, violet reflections. Delicate leafy nuances, a hint of marshmallows. Round and elegant, very fine tannins, delicate vegetal nuances, firm backbone, racy structure, cherry finish, sour cherry aftertaste, still with some rough edges, still needs time.
