Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright greenish yellow with a subtle mousse. A little shy on the nose, then opens up to fine, mineral notes of flint, also reminiscent of melon and bergamot. Smooth notion on the palate, shows fine-grained, well-integrated mousse and nuances of ripe pome fruit, emphatically juicy on the finish, uncomplicated.
