Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense and appealing on the nose with aromas of red forest berries, some blossom honey and a hint of iodine. Very good structure on the palate, finely structured, excellently integrated mousse, persistently fresh and complex, an exciting accompaniment to food.
