Brilliant straw yellow in colour with an olive green core and plentiful bubbles. On the nose, an inviting aroma of ripe pear, green banana, and dandelion, also reminiscent of iodine. The palate is luscious with a fine mousse and clear fruit, crisp and easy to drink.
