Intense, sparkling straw yellow with a green rim. Finely defined nose, clear, opens with notes of yellow apple, then white peach, slightly nutty tones in the background. Juicy and clear on the palate, shows beautiful salty nuances, develops intense fruit on the finish, long finish.
