Bright straw yellow with light green nuances. Intense and accessible nose, opens with notes of gooseberry, sage and elderflower, with a hint of nettle in the background. Racy on the palate, opens with present fruit, again gooseberries, mirabelle plums and elderflowers, with pronounced salty notes on the finish.
