The prosecco Primo Franco Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Nino Franco has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant pale straw-yellow. On the nose delicate flinty and smoke notes, then fresh pineapple, mango, white peach and bergamot. On the palate it's juicy and creamy, with sweet texture and a fine mousse. Opens on honeyed notes, plays harmoniously throughout with fruit and acidity to the long finish.
