Bright, radiant straw yellow, persistent mousse. Delicately scented with aromas of yellow flowers, sweet peaches, quince, Golden Delicious apple and hints of sealing wax. On the palate, lots of texture and vibrant mousse along with nutty notes. An individual style with good length.
