The red wine St. Laurent Premium, vintage 2020 from the winery NÖ Landesweingut Retz – Gut Altenberg has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety St. Laurent from the region Weinviertel in Austria.
Strong ruby, purple reflections, broad and bright rim. Fine herbal spice, subtle hints of dill, ripe plums and a hint of strawberry confit. Medium- bodied, red berry texture, fine acidity, some nougat, mineral, red cherries on the aftertaste, has further ageing potential.
