Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red. Concentrated nose of cassis and blackberry, delicate hints of elderberry, dried plum, supported by fine savouriness and oak. Dense and full-bodied on the palate, shows enormous complexity, builds slowly and for a long time. The clear fruit is perfectly embedded, juicy on the finish with hints of fine saltiness. Long and full-bodied.
