Tasting Notes
A slightly buttery and subtly yeasty, cereal-scented nose that is also typical of the variety. On the palate the wine has a good fullness, fresh mousse, fruit and acidity are harmoniously balanced. Juicy finish with good length.
More about the tastingButter and yeast on the nose, also discreet yellow fruity notes. The palate structure is pithy, the mousse is dynamic and reaches its peak quite quickly, the dosage on tasting seems closer to "extra brut", thus recommending the wine as a refreshing aperitif.
